| Yoga Philosophy and Energy of Yoga (10 hours) | March 21-March 22 |
| Philosophy discussion on yoga texts and the basics of traditional yogic theory as well as discussion of chakras and nadis. | |
| O2 Yoga Level I Training (40 hours) | April 18-April 24 |
| The fundamentals of O2 Yoga, including philosophy, sequencing, adjusments and anatomy. | |
| Modifications for Injury and Pregnancy (10 hours) | May 2-May 3 |
| Focus on modifying postures and working with students with individual needs including: pregnancy, injury or a special physical/medical condition. | |
| Teaching Advanced Postures (10 hours) | June 20-June 21 |
| Challenge beginning to advanced students to approach more complex postures in a safe and successful manner. | |
| O2 Yoga Level II Training (40 hours) | June 22-June 28 |
| The science and art of sequencing postures with attention to building poses in stages for various levels of students. Also includes anatomy, injury prevention, posture modifications and philosophy. | |
