| Philosophy discussion on yoga texts and the basics of traditional yogic theory as well as discussion of chakras and nadis. | |
| Modifications for Injury and Pregnancy (10 hours) | April 10-April 11 |
| Focus on modifying postures and working with students with individual needs including: pregnancy, injury or a special physical/medical condition. | |
| O2 Yoga Level I Training (40 hours) | April 12-April 18 |
| The fundamentals of O2 Yoga, including philosophy, sequencing, adjustments and anatomy. | |
| O2 Yoga Level II Training (40 hours) | June 12-June 18 |
| The science and art of sequencing postures with attention to building poses in stages for various levels of students. Also includes anatomy, injury prevention, posture modifications and philosophy. | |
| Teaching Advanced Postures (10 hours) | June 19-June 20 |
| Challenge beginning to advanced students to approach more complex postures in a safe and successful manner. | |
