Monthly Intensive
Our Monthly Intensive class is still on break for the summer. Beginning in September, these classes will be held at the South End, Boston studio. Mark your calendar for September 5, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Immediately following this class will be a Vegan Potluck! Bring your favorite vegan dish and enjoy the company of other like-minded yogis.
What's a Karma Class?
Karma classes are taught by an O2 Yoga Teacher-in-Training. These classes are half-price, only $7 and the money goes to a local charity. Class cards not valid for Karma classes. Students must use membership or pay $7. Help support our teachers-in-training! We now have 5 Karma classes on the South End schedule: Monday 9:30 a.m. Basics, Tuesday 7 p.m. Power, Thursday 12 p.m. Basics, Friday 12 p.m. Basics and Saturday 7:30 a.m. Astanga.

Basics: This is our introductory class. Focus is placed on the proper execution of postures and principles essential to O2 Yoga. These classes are appropriate for new students or experienced students wishing to strengthen the foundation of their practice.
Intermediate: More difficult poses and sequences are introduced with the goal of building the strength, flexibility and focus required for O2 Power classes.
Power: This is the advanced level of O2 Yoga. The instructor leads the class through a flowing and varied sequence of postures including arm balances, backbends and inversions. Playful and expanding, this class is intended to challenge the more experienced student.
Karma Class: Qualified O2 Yoga teachers in training instruct these half priced classes. These classes follow the same format as all O2 yoga classes. Half-priced class $7.00. All proceeds go to a local charity.
